Welcome to Info Swipe ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our service at infoswipe.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Info Swipe is an advertising research and analysis tool for course creators and online educators. We maintain a searchable index of advertising that advertisers have placed into public circulation, and we apply our own classification to it — funnel type, niche, format, content style, activity period and related signals — so that subscribers can search, filter, compare and track advertising trends in their market.
What your subscription pays for is access to that index, its classification and the analysis tools built around it, together with software features such as boards, folders, notes and automated transcription. Your subscription does not grant you any licence to the underlying advertising creatives, brands or trade marks, which remain the property of their owners.
You must create an account to use Info Swipe. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. You agree to provide accurate information during registration.
Info Swipe offers a paid subscription plan billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are listed in US dollars. Billing is handled by a third-party payment processor acting as merchant of record; your card details are processed by them and are never stored by us.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. To request a refund, contact us at support@infoswipe.io. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy.
We aim to keep Info Swipe available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service, and the composition of the index may change over time as material is added, reclassified or removed — including where an advertiser or rights holder asks us to remove it.
You agree not to: (a) use the service for any unlawful purpose; (b) scrape, redistribute, or resell any data obtained through Info Swipe; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service; (d) share your account credentials with third parties; (e) use the service to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, including by reproducing an advertiser's creative, brand or trade marks in your own advertising.
Info Swipe is intended for research, analysis and inspiration. You are responsible for ensuring that anything you go on to publish is your own original work and complies with applicable advertising and intellectual property law.
The Info Swipe platform — its design, features, code, and the index and classification data we produce — is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
Advertising creatives shown on the platform are sourced from advertising that advertisers have placed into public circulation through Meta's ad transparency surfaces, and from third-party data providers. All such creatives, together with any brands and trade marks appearing in them, remain the property of their respective owners. They are displayed for the purpose of identifying and commenting on the advertising being analysed, with attribution to the advertiser. We claim no ownership of them and grant you no licence to use them.
We respond to copyright complaints and to removal requests from advertisers. If you are a rights holder or an advertiser and you want material removed, the process is set out in our Copyright & DMCA Policy. We operate a repeat infringer policy and will terminate accounts where appropriate.
Info Swipe is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific results will be achieved from using the service. Classification and analysis are produced in part by automated means and may contain errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Info Swipe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
