Info Swipe is an ad intelligence platform that allows users to discover, save, and organize Facebook ad creatives from course creators and online educators. We provide tools for browsing curated ads, filtering by funnel type and niche, and building personal swipe files.
You must create an account to use Info Swipe. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. You agree to provide accurate information during registration.
Info Swipe offers a paid subscription plan billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are listed in US dollars.
New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. During the trial period, you have full access to all features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. If you cancel during your free trial, you will not be charged. To request a refund, contact us at support@infoswipe.io.
You agree not to: (a) use the service for any unlawful purpose; (b) scrape, redistribute, or resell any data obtained through Info Swipe; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service; (d) share your account credentials with third parties; (e) use the service to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
The Info Swipe platform, including its design, features, and code, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Ad creatives displayed on the platform are sourced from publicly available data (Meta Ad Library) and remain the property of their respective advertisers.
Info Swipe is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific results will be achieved from using the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Info Swipe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
