Info Swipe respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy explains how we handle copyright complaints and how advertisers can request removal of material relating to their advertising.
Info Swipe is an advertising research and analysis tool. Our service indexes and classifies advertising that advertisers have themselves placed into public circulation through Meta's ad transparency surfaces. What we license to our subscribers is the index, the classification and the analysis we produce — funnel categorisation, niche tagging, search, filtering and historical tracking — not the underlying creative material.
Advertising creatives, trade marks, brand names and landing page content remain the property of their respective owners. Thumbnails and previews are displayed for the purpose of identifying and commenting on the advertising being analysed, alongside attribution to the advertiser and, where available, a link to the original public listing.
If you are an advertiser, or authorised to act for one, and you do not wish material relating to your advertising to appear on Info Swipe, you do not need to file a formal copyright notice. Email us at support@infoswipe.io with the subject line "Removal Request", identifying the advertiser page or the specific listings concerned. We will remove the material and suppress future collection for that advertiser, normally within 5 business days.
If you believe material on Info Swipe infringes a copyright you own or control, you may send a written notice to our designated agent at support@infoswipe.io with the subject line "DMCA Notice". To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include all of the following:
On receipt of a valid notice we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the material and make a reasonable attempt to notify the affected user.
If you believe material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the same address. It must include your signature, identification of the material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, your contact details, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the district in which you reside (or, if outside the United States, any district in which we may be found).
We may restore the material within 10 to 14 business days of receiving a valid counter-notice unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action.
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and legal fees.
We maintain a repeat infringer policy. Accounts of users who are the subject of repeated valid copyright notices will be terminated, and we may suspend or terminate an account at any time where we consider it appropriate.
