Info Swipe ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use infoswipe.io, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.
We use your information to provide and maintain the service, to authenticate you, to process your subscription, to respond to support requests, to understand how the product is used so we can improve it, and to comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
Separately from your personal data, Info Swipe maintains an index of advertising that advertisers have placed into public circulation through Meta's ad transparency surfaces. This index is compiled from publicly accessible listings and from third-party data providers. It consists of business advertising — it is not personal data about you, and it is not derived from your account activity.

We use cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the service. We also use analytics and advertising measurement cookies, including the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors find and use Info Swipe. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings.
We keep your account data and saved content for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your personal data and saved content within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records for longer to meet tax, accounting or other legal obligations — typically transaction records, which we retain for seven years.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to receive a copy in a portable format, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, these rights arise under the GDPR. Info Swipe is operated from Israel, and our service providers are located in the United States and the European Union. Israel benefits from a European Commission adequacy decision. Data is transmitted over TLS and stored with encryption at rest by our infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Info Swipe is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through the service, and the date at the top of this page will be updated.
